In my practice, I take an integrated approach to psychotherapy, drawing on the insights of several pioneers in the field. Humanistic psychologist Carl Rogers once said, "The good life is a process, not a state of being," and I wholeheartedly agree and believe in this statement. I also incorporate techniques from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and draw on the wisdom of psychoanalysts like Melanie Klein and Carl Jung.

My approach is grounded in my 12 years long Mindfulness practice and is designed to cater to the unique needs of each client, providing a holistic and empowering way to approach therapy.
